Wardian, London
Location: London, United Kingdom

Scope: BIM-Building Services
The project is located in Canary Wharf comprising two iconic apartment towers with restaurants, curated shops, and other facilities. It comprises a total of 624 residential units.
ODE carried out the BIM work for all MEP services for the residential units as well as the podium areas in a closely discussed environment with the London-based engineering team.

The project is the world' first emission/pollution free building earning it the tag of "world's most sustainable development".
ODE carried out the BIM work for all MEP services for the residential units as well as the podium areas. We first created an Architectural & Structural model and then worked on all the services. The model was made clash free and then we created sheet layouts from it.

The residential tower named as Ashland is one of the tallest tower in Brooklyn comprising of 586 residential units. The building also has a gym, fitness studio, children’s play lab, resident lounge, outdoor movie screening area, a demo kitchen and exterior bar. The 52nd floor rooftop includes a billiard room, screening room, outdoor area with seating/barbeques and lounge chairs.
ODE carried out the BIM work for piping of all residential water source heat pumps. Different residential units were provided with different sizes of machines so the placement in plant space was critical to have a clean straight riser piping. The floor distribution of risers was also done done by the Ode team.

This is a private development in the residential area of Marylebone Central London, involving the construction of 32 luxury apartments on top of a treble basement.
ODE carried out the BIM work for all services and provided design support selected the pumps, HRUs, fans based on performance parameters and used the manufacturer family of particular models.

Known as The Staging Post, the Lampton Road residential development is located on the site of the former Civic Centre.
ODE carried out the BIM work for all typical apartments, services, riser layouts and plant rooms and Builderworks. The drainage collection to the battery limit connection point was also done by us in BIM.

Cherrywood town is nestled at the foot of South Dublin’s rolling mountains, and just above Dublin Bay.
